The following terms and conditions apply to general graphic and website design services offered by GraphicWebDesignServices.com.

By ordering services from GraphicWebDesignServices.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. GraphicWebDesignServices.com reserves the right to refuse to construct a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography.

2. GraphicWebDesignServices.com makes every effort to design webpages which display acceptably in the most popular current browsers, but cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after webpages have been designed.

3. GraphicWebDesignServices.com can accept no responsibility or liability if any search engine, online directory or search site, submitted to as part of a web site promotion, chooses not to list a client's web site.

4. GraphicWebDesignServices.com will initially place the client's website or web graphics on one of GraphicWebDesignServices.com's demonstration server during development in order that the client may view and comment upon the website's progress. When both GraphicWebDesignServices.com and the client agree that the website or web graphics meets the criteria agreed during the commissioning process, GraphicWebDesignServices.com will publish the website on the client's server, or provide the source code for the website or web graphics via a download.

5. GraphicWebDesignServices.com does not undertake to maintain, update or re-design a client's website as part of the design commission. If a client wishes GraphicWebDesignServices.com to maintain, update or re-design a web site as a separate commission, GraphicWebDesignServices.com will negotiate with the client a maintenance contract appropriate to the amount of work required.

6. Fixed pricing structure reflects the total cost for the web project and GraphicWebDesignServices.com guarantees the delivery of your solution at this cost in the time frame agreed upon. This web design pricing model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of web design projects.

7. 100% of the total payment is due near the beginning of the web project or after we show you some progress. For larger projects, the cost is divided into two or three parts.
